Why you’ll love this bark
- Just 4 ingredients.
- No oven, no cooking. Melt, spread, sprinkle and set.
- Ready in 20 minutes, plus a little time to set.
- Festive and pretty, with the colours of pistachio and rose.
My tips
- Spread the dark chocolate thin. A thin layer gives you that classic snap when you break it.
- Add the toppings while the chocolate is still wet so they stick.
- Roast the pistachios for more flavour and crunch.
- Set it your way: an hour on a cool surface, or 15–20 minutes in the fridge.
- Break, don’t cut. Rough, uneven pieces are what make bark look so pretty.

- While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle the chopped roasted pistachios and dried rose petals on top.
- Leave the tray on a cool surface for about an hour, or in the fridge for 15–20 minutes, until firm.
- Peel the bark off the mat and break it into pieces by hand. Enjoy!
