Oreo White Chocolate Fudge (4 Ingredients, No Bake)

This Oreo white chocolate fudge needs just four ingredients and no oven: white chocolate, condensed milk, butter and chunky Oreo cookies. It is creamy, sweet and full of crunch, and it makes a beautiful homemade gift for Diwali or Christmas.

Fudge is one of those treats I love keeping ready in the fridge or freezer. Whenever friends or guests come over, I just cut a few pieces and serve, and everyone loves it. It is very sweet, of course, because it’s fudge, so take it easy: one piece is a perfect little treat.

Why you’ll love this fudge

  • Only 4 ingredients. White chocolate, condensed milk, butter and Oreos.
  • No oven. Everything melts together in a bowl over simmering water.
  • Easy to change. Use any brand of condensed milk, and swap the Oreos for any cookie you like.
  • Keeps well. Store it in the fridge or freezer and it’s ready whenever guests arrive.

My tips for perfect Oreo fudge

  • Melt on low heat. Never use high heat. Stir gently until the mixture is nice, thick and fudgy.
  • Keep the Oreos chunky. Don’t crush them; just break them roughly with your hands. I used 10 Oreos, but add more if you want it chunkier.
  • Press it down well. Smooth the fudge into the tin with a spatula so it sets evenly.
  • Give it time. About 4 hours in the fridge, then lift it out with the baking paper and slice.
  • Cut it your way. A 7-inch tin gives 9 big squares. Cut each into 4 small squares or 2 bars.

How I gift it on Diwali and Christmas

I often gift this fudge to family and friends. I wrap each piece individually in baking paper or butter paper, then tie it with a little thread or secure it with pretty decorative tape. That is usually how I gift it to my friends on Diwali or Christmas, and it always goes down well.
