Quick 3-Ingredient Chocolate Fudge (Microwave, No Bake)
This is the easiest chocolate fudge you’ll ever make: just milk chocolate, condensed milk and walnuts, melted together in one bowl in the microwave. No oven, no stove, and it’s ready in under an hour.
I’m back with another mouth-watering one-bowl dessert. This easy chocolate fudge is smooth, velvety and very chocolatey, with a lovely texture from the walnuts. Kids love it, and it is the easiest sweet you can make this festive season, perfect for Diwali boxes and Christmas gifting.

Why you’ll love this fudge
- Only 3 ingredients and one bowl.
- Made in the microwave in under a minute.
- Easy to change. Use milk, dark or white chocolate, and walnuts, almonds or hazelnuts.
- Quick to set. 45 minutes in the freezer, or make it a day ahead in the fridge.
My tips
- Cover the chocolate fully with the condensed milk before microwaving, so it melts evenly.
- Microwave for just 40–50 seconds on high, then stir. It will be thick, and that is exactly what you want.
- Line the tin on the bottom and sides with butter paper, so the fudge lifts out easily.
- Smooth the top as flat as you can before it sets.
- In a hurry? Freeze it for 45 minutes. If you need it the next day, set it in the fridge for 3–5 hours.
- Cut it your way. A 7-inch tin gives 9 squares; cut each into 4 small squares or 2 bars.
Storing and gifting
Cover the pieces in butter paper and keep them in a box or jar in the fridge. For Diwali or Christmas gifting, wrap each piece in butter paper, tie it with thread or decorative tape, and pack a few pieces in a pretty box.
