There are days when you’re craving something chocolatey and comforting, but the thought of turning on the oven feels like too much effort — especially when it’s warm, or you’re tired, or you just want dessert now.
That’s exactly when these Air Fryer Brownies shine.
No fancy equipment.
No waiting forever.
Just a mixing bowl, a whisk, and your air fryer.

These brownies turn out soft, fudgy in the center with that light crackle on top that reminds you of bakery-style brownies. The best part? They’re small-batch, so perfect for when you want to treat yourself, your kids, or guests — without making (and eating!) a whole tray.
If you’re new to baking in the air fryer — welcome.
It’s honestly magical. The hot, circulating air bakes the brownie evenly, and the cooking time is so quick that the dessert is ready before you even realize it.
Why You’ll Love These Air Fryer Brownies
-
No oven needed (yes, truly!)
-
Made with pantry ingredients
-
Takes less than 20 minutes
-
Easy enough for kids and beginner bakers
-
Only one bowl to wash — the dream!
And because we melt chocolate chips directly into the batter, the brownies have that deep chocolate flavor that tastes real — not like packet mix.
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream… trust me 🤎.

Ingredients (and why they work)
Chocolate Chips:
Semisweet chocolate chips give the perfect sweetness and flavour depth. Some melt into the batter, and some stay melty inside — the best part.
Butter:
Unsalted butter gives richness and flavour. We melt it with the chocolate, so there’s no need to soften it beforehand.
Sugar:
White sugar keeps the edges crisp and the inside fudgy. If you prefer a softer, gooier texture, replace half with brown sugar.
Cocoa Powder:
Use Dutch-process if you have it — it gives a darker colour and richer chocolate taste.
Flour + Salt:
Just enough flour to hold everything together. The salt balances the sweetness beautifully.
