These eggless Oreo brownies are rich, fudgy, and packed with chocolate flavor. Made with a hidden layer of Oreo cookies in the center and topped with crushed Oreos, this easy brownie recipe creates a soft, indulgent dessert that is perfect for chocolate lovers.
Ingredients
2cupsall-purpose flour(280 g)
¾cupcocoa powder(90 g)
1½cupswhite sugar(300 g)
½teaspoonbaking powder
½teaspoonsalt
1cupoil(200 g)
1cupcoffee(230 ml)
½cupmilk(115 ml)
1teaspoonvanilla extract
2packs Oreo cookies(300 g)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a 9×13 inch baking tray.
Prepare the coffee by dissolving 1½ teaspoons instant coffee in 1 cup hot water, or dilute espresso to make 1 cup.
In a large bowl, whisk together:
* flour
* cocoa powder
* sugar
° baking powder
* salt
Add coffee, oil, milk, and vanilla extract.
Whisk until a smooth brownie batter forms.
Pour half of the batter into the prepared baking tray and spread evenly.
Arrange 20 Oreo cookies in a 4×5 layer over the batter.
Pour the remaining brownie batter on top and spread gently.
Break the remaining Oreo cookies into pieces and scatter them over the surface.
Bake for 40–45 minutes.
Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for 30 minutes.
For cleaner slices, refrigerate for another 30 minutes before cutting with a serrated knife.
